ResponderEliminarRelleno: manzanas verdes cortadas con mandolin, empapadas con una mezcla de azúcar y canela. Pasas de uva remojadas en ron si te gusta. Desplegar las dos hojas de masa sobre un repasador y untar la supeeficie interna con manteca derretida para que no se parta. Rellenar con las manzanas cortadas. Espolvorear con la mezcla azúcar/canela. Enrollar (es todo un arte, te quiero ver). Horno mediano quince minutos.
Mi abuela alemana hacía la masa. Decía siempre lo mismo: tiene que ser tan fina que se pueda leer una vieja carta de amor a través de ella. Yo pensaba: -por qué tiene que ser vieja? No me imaginaba una carta de amor tan vieja que tuviera la tinta borroneada y el papel amarillo.
