al jugo de tamarindo me lo imaginé transparente y la licuadora arruinó todo. porque tiene que poner espumita cervecera a toda la fruta que toca, descomponiendo las preciosas partículas de azucar que pasan de tener forma de diamante a forma de chatarra. la espuma es chatarra.
nunca más voy a hacer un licuado. todo será compota
igual ayer tomé un licuado de banana y frutilla que vale la pena hacerlo con la licuadora
modifico la regla
licuados de leche con licuadora
licuados de agua = compota fresca
a veces creo humildemente que todavía se puede innovar en la cocina
por ejemplo sin congelo este licuado y luego lo escarcho y lo mezclo con yogurt natural.
habré inventado una receta: yogur de tamarindo escarchado.
por eso la espuma es inconveniente, la espuma escarchada es mugre, una nieve sucia que al derretirse se integra con las peores sustancias del congelador.

le pongo mucho hielo y hago unas cosas como los viejos frostys de Wendys, con cafe y leche, con frutilla y gaseosa citrus...
eso si,
la clave es el hielo...
como postre, el licaudo es una opción diet interesante...
Una siempre puede improvisar en la cocina y además la mesada es más gratificante que un escenario.

yo el tamarindo, pese a que te lo regalé nunca lo hice caseramente, lo que sí probé es el agua de flor de jamaica.
la próxima te llevo jamaica que no sólo exige mezclar las flores en agua fría.
